Most renovations go wrong in the gaps — between trades, between drawings and reality, between what was quoted and what’s actually needed. We close those gaps by keeping the core trades in-house — carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating — with gas and electrics by our regular Gas Safe and NICEIC registered subcontractors. No coordinating five firms who’ve never worked together before.
You speak to one person from quote to handover — me or our project manager. We give fixed-price quotes, and if the scope genuinely changes, we tell you before the work happens, not after. And we don’t leave site until snagging is complete.
