Most renovations go wrong in the gaps — between trades, between drawings and reality, between what was quoted and what’s actually needed. We close those gaps by keeping every trade in-house: carpentry, plumbing, electrics, plastering, decorating. No coordinating between five different sub-contractors who’ve never worked together before.
You speak to one person from quote to handover — usually me. We give fixed-price quotes, and if the scope genuinely changes, we tell you before the work happens, not after. And we don’t leave site until snagging is complete.

We’re South London builders — and this is where we work.
We’re based in South Croydon and most of our work happens within thirty minutes of our office. After two decades of renovating South London homes, we’ve come to know the local councils, the planning officers, the period properties, and the typical extension constraints that come with Victorian and Edwardian housing stock.
That local knowledge matters. We know which planning department to call about lofts in Wandsworth, how the conservation rules apply in Richmond, what the typical Edwardian floor plan looks like in Wimbledon, and where to source matching original tiles for restorations in Kensington & Chelsea. It’s not just renovation — it’s renovation done right for your area.
We currently take on a maximum of three projects at a time. If we say yes to your job, you get our full attention from quote to handover — never juggled against five others.
