Full strip-out and refurbishment of a tired two-bedroom mansion block flat in W14. New kitchen, bathroom, full rewire, replumb, and contemporary finishes throughout. Mansion block constraints handled — freeholder consent, party wall, careful waste removal.

Clapham — Kitchen refurbishment

Tired Victorian kitchen in a Clapham SW4 terrace stripped back and rebuilt — new bespoke shaker cabinetry, quartz worktops, integrated appliances, herringbone engineered oak flooring, all in keeping with the period property.

Clapham Common — Five-bedroom family home

Substantial Victorian villa on Clapham Common SW4 — full refurbishment with structural reconfiguration, four bathrooms including one luxury master ensuite, bespoke kitchen with island, period feature restoration throughout. The kind of multi-month project where attention to detail in every room compounds.
